Why is Libbie Loup Hospitality transitioning to a universal gift card?
As our restaurant group grows, we want to give our guests greater flexibility. The new Libbie Loup Hospitality Gift Card can be redeemed at any of our three restaurants — Her Place, My Loup, and Pine Street Grill — so you can choose the experience that’s right for you.
When does the transition take place?
The universal Libbie Loup Hospitality Gift Card becomes available on June 26, 2026. Beginning that date, restaurant-specific gift cards will no longer be sold.
I have a gift card I purchased before June 26, 2026. Can I use it at any restaurant?
Gift cards purchased before June 26, 2026 are valid only at the restaurant where they were originally issued. These cards cannot be converted or transferred to the new universal format.
What about gift cards purchased after June 26, 2026?
All gift cards purchased on or after June 26, 2026 are universal and can be redeemed at Her Place, My Loup, or Pine Street Grill.
Where can I purchase the new Libbie Loup Hospitality Gift Card?
Universal gift cards are available for purchase on the website of each of our restaurants. Simply look for the gift card link on any of our sites.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Libbie Loup Hospitality Gift Cards do not expire.
Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged?
Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for another gift card.
Does purchasing a gift card guarantee a reservation?
No. A gift card purchase does not guarantee or hold a reservation at any of our restaurants. Reservations must be made separately through our standard booking process.
Is this gift card available as a physical card or an e-gift card?
Our Libbie Loup Hospitality Gift Card is available as a physical card or as an e-gift card. E-gift cards can be purchased through the website of any of our restaurants via Toast.
I have a Her Place gift card and I’m having trouble securing a reservation. What can I do?
We understand securing a reservation to use a Her Place gift card has been challenging. For those with outstanding Her Place exclusive gift cards, we have created a Google Form to enter a monthly booking pool that helps facilitate these reservations. Please note that this does not guarantee an immediate booking, but rather that we will contact each individual once we reach their place on the list (on a first-come, first-served basis). Seatings are available Monday through Friday at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM. Our maximum size reservation is for a party of 6 guests.
